- The following is a description of 123.KEY, a demonstration macro file
- for use with Lotus 1-2-3.

- altup Marks the cells above the cursor in the same column as
- a range.

- altlft Marks the cells to the left of the cursor in the same
- row as a range.

- altrgt Automatic, cell-by-cell data entry in a row.

- altdn Automatic, cell-by-cell data entry in a column.

- ctrla Create/Change a named range.
-
- ctrlb Delete a named range.
-
- ctrlc Combine another worksheet into the current worksheet at
- the current cursor position.

- ctrld Call up DATA menu.

- ctrle Erase a range.
-
- ctrlf Retrieve (i.e., load) a worksheet into memory.

- ctrli Import a file into the worksheet at the current cursor
- position, using NUMBERS mode.

- ctrlk Erase a worksheet file in the working directory.
-
- ctrll List all worksheet files in the working directory.

- ctrlo (This key may be defined as either P [for PRINTER] or
- Ffilename [for a disk file] to indicate where printed
- output should be sent.)

- ctrlp Print selected part of worksheet to printer or disk file
- (determined by ctrlo).

- ctrlq Quit 1-2-3 and return to DOS (there is a 2 second pause
- in which the user may reconsider).

- ctrlr Call up worksheet recalculation menu.

- ctrls Save worksheet to disk, updating the file.

- ctrlv Specify a range in which the contents of all cells will
- be replaced by their current values, i.e., values remain
- unchanged, formulas are replaced by their calculated
- values, and labels are replaced by 0.

- ctrlw Erase worksheet, i.e., erase all data in the worksheet,
- but retain current settings.

- ctrlx Extract data from the worksheet to a disk file retaining
- formulas where they appear.

- ctrlz Save current worksheet and exit to DOS.

- ctrlf1 Find the average of the (column) of cells (above).
- ctrlf2 (row) (to the left).

- ctrlf3 Find the count of the (column) of cells (above).
- ctrlf4 (row) (to the left).

- ctrlf5 Find the sum of the (column) of cells (above).
- ctrlf6 (row) (to the left).

- ctrlf7 Find the minimum of the (column) of cells (above).
- ctrlf8 (row) (to the left).
